At Beijing Sport and Social Club, we emphasize the social! Oh, sure, we like playing sports, but not too competitively. We like having parties afterwards so we can make friends and have fun. Players will enjoy sports—but not be too good at them. We’re more interested in having fun than in winning. We find a court, play for a couple of hours, have fun, get some good exercise, and have some dinner and beer after the game.
Men and women, young and old, everyone is welcome. If you think losing can be fun, so long as you don’t spill your beer, then join us. Heck, ya know, sports is really just an excuse to have a little party. |

| Dinner and Beer After the Game |
| Did we mention we have dinner and beer after the game? We didn’t mention that? Well, let me correct that. Ahem. Attention please. After the game, we like to get together for dinner and a beer. Or two. Or however many. 50 RMB for two hours of volleyball. Beer and dinner after are up to you and depend on which restaurant we go to. But we’re going in our grubby volleyball clothes, so it won’t be some fancy-shmantzy place. It will be a place with, um, shall we say character and charm? And besides, this is China , and you know those Tsingdaos cost like almost nothin’. |
